A net worth tracker that becomes the statement.

Link your banks through Plaid, add your properties by hand, and the number updates itself. When a lender asks, export the PDF or SBA Form 413 from the same data. Start with the free calculator below. No account needed for that part.

What a tracker does that
a calculator can't.

A calculator gives you today's number. A tracker keeps it current and puts it in a form a bank will accept.

Balances update themselves

Connect checking, savings, brokerage, and loan accounts through Plaid. Access is read-only and balances only. Your bank login never touches our servers.

Properties stay on file

Real estate, promissory notes, and business interests have no login to link. Enter each one once, with the debt against it, and it stays on the statement until you change it.

Exports in the lender's format

PDF in three templates, SBA Form 413 with its schedules, the Chase PFS, or Word on Pro plans. Send a link that expires when you choose, and the lender needs no account.

Spreadsheet, budgeting app,
or StatementsReady.

Most people track net worth in one of three places. The difference shows up the day a lender asks for a personal financial statement.

How to track
your net worth.

Three steps the first time, about 8 minutes. The second time is mostly a refresh.

  1. Link or enter

Connect accounts through Plaid for balances, and type in anything else: properties, notes, private holdings.

  2. Review each month

Refresh the synced balances, update property values you trust, and fix anything that looks off. Monthly is often enough to see the trend without chasing daily market moves.

  3. Export when asked

Pick the PDF template or SBA Form 413, or send a share link. Next year, roll the statement forward instead of starting over.

Every account gets a 7-day trial with no card.

Trial exports carry a watermark until you subscribe. After that it is $79 once for a single lender request, or $29 a month for repeat requests, annual updates, and Word export. Pro Plus at $49 a month adds a lender's own PDF form and bulk roll-forward. Full detail on the pricing section.

Is there a free net worth tracker here?
The calculator on this page is free and needs no account. The tracker with bank sync and exports starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card, and exports carry a watermark until you subscribe.
Is it safe to link my bank?
Bank connections run through Plaid, read-only and balances only. You sign in with your bank on Plaid's screen, so your login never reaches StatementsReady. Your statement is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and you can disconnect an account at any time. The security page has the details.
Can I track real estate and private investments?
Yes. Anything without a login, like a rental property, a promissory note, or a stake in a private company, you enter by hand. Each property gets its own row with the mortgage against it, which is the layout lenders and SBA Form 413 expect.
How often should I update my net worth?
Monthly works for most people. Synced balances update on their own, so the manual part is property values and anything new you bought or paid off.
What is the difference between a net worth tracker and a personal financial statement?
A net worth tracker is for you: a running total of what you own minus what you owe. A personal financial statement is the same information laid out the way a lender wants it, with schedules for real estate, notes, and contingent liabilities. StatementsReady keeps one set of data and produces both.
Does it work for real estate investors with many properties?
Yes. Each property carries its own value, mortgage balance, and monthly payment, and the same data fills the schedule of real estate owned. The real estate investor use-case page walks through that workflow.
