Every feature, from bank sync to the signed PDF.

StatementsReady is personal financial statement software for borrowers. Connect your banks for read-only balances, enter what banks cannot see, and export the PDF, SBA Form 413, Word, or Excel file your lender asked for. About 8 minutes the first time.

Balances that update
themselves.

Connect through Plaid and every synced balance on the statement refreshes with one click. Your bank login never touches our servers.

12,000+ institutions

Checking, savings, money market, CDs, brokerage, and retirement accounts at 12,000+ banks, credit unions, brokerages, and other financial institutions.

Debts sync too

Credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, and lines of credit pull their current balances, so the net worth line is right without digging through statements.

Sync All

One button refreshes every connected account. When a lender wants updated numbers next month, click it and export again.

Read-only, always

Plaid hands us balances and account names, nothing more. We cannot move money, and you can disconnect any account whenever you like.

Upload the spreadsheet
you already keep.

Smart Import reads a PDF, spreadsheet, Word file, or photo and adds what it finds to your statement. You check every item before anything is saved.

A property list becomes the schedule

Upload a schedule of real estate owned, a rent roll, or your own property spreadsheet. Each property comes in with its mortgage, second mortgage, HELOC, rent, taxes, insurance, ownership share, and title holder.

Rent rolls, totaled per property

A unit-by-unit rent roll becomes one monthly rent for each property. Annual rent and annual debt service come in as monthly figures, the way the statement keeps them.

One upload, every section

Upload a brokerage statement, a loan statement, or last year's PFS. Bank accounts, investments, retirement plans, vehicles, insurance, and debts each land in their own section.

Nothing saves until you check it

Each item shows how sure the read is. Edit a value or untick a row. You get a warning when the items miss the file's own total, or when a property is already on the statement.

The lines a lender
expects to see.

Bank sync covers the cash. The rest you enter once, and the statement totals it for you.

Real estate, property by property

Each property carries its own mortgage, payment, and equity, and the schedule totals across all of them. Built for people with 1 rental or 20.

Joint statements

Add a co-applicant and both of you appear where the form asks, with one set of totals.

Start from last year's PDF

Upload last year's statement and Smart Import sorts every account, property, and debt on it into this one. The free trial includes 3 imports a day.

Autosave and progress

Every edit saves as you type. Each section shows how complete it is, so you can stop and come back.

Signed and sent
without a printer.

Sign in the app, request the other signature, and send a link that expires when you say.

Three ways to sign

Draw it, type it, or upload an image. Save a default signature and reuse it on the next export.

Co-signer requests

Send your spouse or partner a signing link. They sign from their phone, with no account, and you get an email when it is done.

Expiring share links

Every link has an expiry date you choose and a revoke button. The lender opens it in a browser.

See when it was opened

Each link counts views and downloads and shows the last time it was opened, so you know it arrived.

Do it once.
Reuse it every year.

Lenders ask again every 12 months. Your statement is ready when they do.

Annual rollover

Roll last year's statement forward, refresh balances, review, export. Included on Pro and Pro Plus.

Copy a statement

When a second lender wants a different format, copy the statement, adjust, and export. Nothing gets typed twice. Pro plans.

Due dates and reminders

Give each statement a due date. The dashboard shows what is coming up, and a reminder email lands before it is due, on Pro plans.

Archive and export history

Finalize a statement when it is sent, archive old ones, and see every export you have generated with its date and format.

Common questions.

Still have a question?
Get in touch

Does StatementsReady fill out SBA Form 413?
Yes. It generates SBA Form 413 from your statement, including the schedules for real estate, notes, and other assets. Review it, sign it, and send it with the rest of your SBA loan package.
Which banks can I connect?
12,000+ financial institutions through Plaid, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, and U.S. Bank. Connections are read-only. We see balances and account names, never your login, and we cannot move money.
Can I export to Word or Excel?
Yes, on Single, Pro, and Pro Plus. The Excel file has one tab that reads like the finished statement and one tab per schedule, and every total is a live formula. The Word file matches the Standard PDF. Changes you make in either file stay in that file. The free trial exports PDF only.
Can my spouse sign too?
Yes. Add a co-applicant, then send them a signing link. They sign from any device without an account, and you get an email when it is done.
What happens next year?
Roll the statement forward. Balances refresh from your connected accounts, everything you entered by hand carries over, and you export again.
Is my lender's own form supported?
Chase's personal financial statement form and SBA Form 413 are built in. For another bank's form, copy the figures from your statement onto it. Every schedule and total is already on the Standard PDF.
What files can Smart Import read?
PDFs, including scanned ones, plus Excel, CSV, Word, and photos up to 25 MB. A scanned PDF is read up to its first 20 pages. A real estate spreadsheet can hold up to 300 rows, and a long list reads best split into files of about 75 rows each. Nothing is saved until you review it.
What's in the free trial?
Seven days with one bank connection, one statement, and one watermarked PDF export. No credit card. Upgrade to remove the watermark.
