Three templates, one set of numbers.

A personal financial statement template lists what you own, what you owe, and the difference, in the layout a lender expects. These three are free to download and work by hand. Each one can also be filled by StatementsReady from synced bank balances, then exported in whatever format the lender asked for.

Templates are free, no email. The trial is 7 days, no card.

Are these templates free?
Yes. The Excel and PDF files download directly, with no email address or account. The SBA Form 413 page is a line-by-line guide, and StatementsReady fills the form from synced balances plus the properties and holdings you enter once. The free 7-day trial needs no card.
Which template do banks accept?
Most banks and commercial lenders accept a standard personal financial statement with assets, liabilities, net worth, and a signature. Some hand you their own form. SBA lenders need SBA Form 413 for 7(a), 504, disaster, and surety bond applications.
Do I need the SBA form or the regular template?
Use SBA Form 413 for any SBA-backed loan. It has to be the current version, dated within 90 days of submission for a 7(a) or 504 loan submitted from October 1, 2026, and completed by every 20%-or-more owner and every guarantor. For a bank loan with no SBA guarantee, the regular template covers what the lender needs.
Can I import a template I already filled out?
Yes. Upload the PDF or a photo of last year's statement and Smart Import reads the figures into the matching sections. You review each one before anything is saved. The free trial includes 3 imports a day.
How often should I update a personal financial statement?
For an SBA 7(a) or 504 application the form must be dated within 90 days of submission, under SOP 50 10 8.1 from October 1, 2026. The printed form still says 120 days, so go by the shorter window. Lenders with an existing loan usually ask for a fresh statement at annual review. Ask your lender for the date window they accept, then keep the numbers current so any window is easy to hit.
